spacious room, great location
spacious apartment direct access good selection helpful staff
The apartment was big with a nice layout. i noticed the room had two seperate sinks. the rainfall shower worked very well. i saw staff cleaned daily. They did a amazing job. the hotel offer direct beach access. parking in garage worked well for me. i used one of the three pools . the hotel is close to many restaurants. the breakfast included cooked to order omelets. i saw a good selection of food at breakfast. the staff were helpful with every request. the staff were attentive to my needs. i enjoyed easy access to the supermarket, its on the premises. i appreciated the convenient tram access just outside. the security guard was very helpful for me. he booked me a taxi.
the apartment furniture seemed a little aged.

musty smell poor signage
the location IS good, close to shops and the beach.
the hotel IS showing its age. the room smelled musty, very unpleasant. signage WAS also poor, I found it difficult to navigate the hotel.

i found the apartment spacious, it easily accommodated my needs for several days. the sea view from the balcony was a serene vista.
the elevators sometimes took a little while during peak hours.

great location great selection free upgrade lovely pools
The location is great. Breakfast had a great selection too. Staff went the extra mile to accommodate requests. I got a free upgrade to an ocean view apartment. The pools were lovely..
The equipment in the kitchen is somewhat poor. There are far too few dishes and pots.
